The unanswered prayers and the sin connection

The following post is contributed on, by Barbra Namuddu. Thanks Mrs. Namuddu  for you contribution!

How many times do we earnestly pray for an answer only to wait in vain? Many Christians realize that we feel “not heard”.  I believe it all comes back to our spiritual condition with God. If we are continually “sinning” we create a barrier between us and God. God WANTS to help us but we stifle Him with our turning away from Him.

Now, on the other hand, once we come closer to Him and OBEY Him and His Moral Laws, we do EXACTLY what He wants.  And our faith will be rewarded by God in His own perfect time. But we should NOT forget our prayer. I see it SO often in church and eslewhere. People get up and make these nice sounding prayers and “forget” about them the next day!  How can we show faith in Him by acting like this??

As it was pointed out by Mrs.Namuddu. trust and faith is SO important in “believing” that our prayers will be heard. And a “humble” heart who first confesses His sins BEFORE prayers , I believe starts the prayer truthfully.

Finally, IF we walk “righteously” according to His word and Laws, He will be ALL ears. As the word says (james 5:16) “so then, confess your sins to one another, so that you may be healed. The fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much”  Look at it this way, the more we let the Holy Spirit guides us (via less sinning) the more God will see our light and bless us!

    Proverbs 28:9,

“One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.”

Bless you, Mrs. Namuddu and Rob

    And happy Sabbath day!

Yes, that is a good verse to warn people don’t ignore His Holy Laws if you want to be heard. One that is so often ignored by our Friends who think the “Law” has passed away. Isn’t it amazing that so many Christians will gladly quote ANYTHING in the scriptures (both old T and new T) but they don’t DARE quote anything about His holy Law. But as we get into end times this is changing among true Christians today, Praise God!

    Hey brother,
I have just posted an article exposing the false teachings against the law being spread to the remnant church from within at a very influential church. I hope I will still have your support despite what could be considered a controversial subject.

    God bless!
    Todd

I’m not sure if you’ve heard…the Marshall Islands are looking at a bill to force Sunday observance.

  8. Rob Says:

Yes, it is going forward. Marshall Islands, then another and another untill all the world will be in compliance. Be ready and stand firm, our redemption draws near!

I HEARD JUST LAST WEEK THAT A PRESBETARYIAN CHURCH IN PENN WAS PUTTING FLYERS ON CARS RDMINDING PEOPLE TO REMEMBER TO KEEP SABBATH (SUN) HOLY. JUST 2 DAYS AGO I WAS TOLD BY A FACEBOOK FRIEND THAT SHE KEPT ALL THE COMMANDMENTS. SHE THEN TOLD ME SUN WAS THE sabbath. I CORRECTED HER TO THE TRUTH AT THE CLOSE I TOLD HER TO SEEK HIS FACE AND STUDY IT OUT INCLUDING THE STATE OF IMMORTALITY ONLY TO GOD TO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. SHE PM’D ME AND TOLD ME SHE COULDN’T TODAY BUT THAT SHE IS GOING TO AT FIRST CHANCE. SHE IS IN GERMANY WHERE THERE IS SUN LAW IN TACT. PRAISE GOD HALLELUYAH!!

Very interesting Cynfree. If you need any help with this have her contact me. We MUST help all those stuck in babylon (false religion) She obviously is close because she has a mind to “keep” the Commandments, just not enlightened on the Holy day.
