Two Opposing Blocks taking Shape

Image result for two opposing blocks in middle east

With the events in the middle east getting hotter, we thought we should bring you up to date.
The message tells us we shall know the signs as they approach. The above picture is three of the main leaders of the “Eastern Block” that will soon go to war with the “Western Block”. Let us read further —

CURRENT EVENTS, THE PALESTINE SITUATION, AND HOW CLOSE THE SEPARATION?

I have been asked to give a study on current events, on the Palestine situation, and on the separation caused by the slaughter that is forecast in Ezekiel’s vision.

I wish that I could tell you all you want to know, but I cannot say how soon the separation, the purification of the church, (Testimonies, Vol. 5, pg. 80), will take place. God alone knows the time. All I know is that it cannot take place before we prepare the way, before our God-given work in connection with Ezekiel 9 is done.

Then it will come to pass that the Lord will suddenly come to His temple (the church) and purify the sons of Levi, the ministry (Mal. 3:1-3). But those who receive not the mark will fall under the slaughter weapons of the angels as did the unfaithful “first born” in the night of the Passover in the land of Egypt.

I am, however, certain that God will not keep us ignorant of the things we ought to know. If it becomes necessary for us to know ahead of time the day and hour of the purification of the church, the antitypical Passover, we will be told. Yes, we shall know at least as much in advance as Moses knew about the Passover in his day. He did not know months ahead the day and hour of the events that were then to take place, but he was instructed of his and of the people’s duties and of what to expect from day to day.

Neither did he know beforehand that they were to come up against the Red Sea, but as the cloud led them there, and as the Egyptians followed close behind, he was then told what to do. Moreover, at the time they crossed the Sea he did not know that they were to spend forty years in the desert nor that the grown-ups among them were to perish while on their journey to the Promised Land. ( 2 TG, no. 41, p.3-4)

But, you say, is there no prophecy concerning what the Jews are doing today in Palestine? Of course there must be a prophecy. Let me read it to you:

Zeph. 2:1-3 — “Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired; before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the Lord come upon you, before the day of the Lord’s anger come upon you. Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought His judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger.”

These verses of Scripture, you note, are to meet fulfillment just before the “day pass as the chaff,” before the fierce anger of the Lord breaks upon the nation not desired. And while this undesired nation is gathering together, then it is that all the meek of the earth, those who have borne the Lord’s message “before the great and dreadful day of the Lord” (the church), are counselled to still seek meekness. There are, therefore, two peoples brought to view in these verses — the nation not desired and the meek of the earth. (2 TG, no.41, p.12-13)

…conditions have caused the world to consolidate into two great and hostile blocks, — the Western and the Eastern blocks, — not to mention the wars and rumors of wars all around us…

The churches, too, are taking sides with their respective block — Eastern or Western. (What will the Roman church do? She, too, will of necessity eventually join the Western block.)

Does it not look to you as though the world is getting ready for a church and state government? I have repeatedly pointed out that the world is unwittingly making a mighty effort to saddle the scarlet-colored beast of Revelation 17 and to mount there on BABYLON THE GREAT. We are headed for the church and state government which BABYLON THE GREAT symbolizes while riding the scarlet-colored beast, and when the war gets “hot” again, Babylon may then replace the United Nations thereafter. So it is seen that the world in its attempt to overcome the obstacles with which it is confronted, is as it were jumping out of the fire and falling into the frying pan, only because it is not taking God into partnership. (2 TG, no.41, p.16-17)

Ok, we see that in the very last days the two blocks will be formed, as they are now. But let’s look at the particular developments.

First, our very own USA is currently provoking Iran into some action it seems.  We remember that we initiated the middle east wars and upheaval by bombing Iraq who we claimed had “weapons of mass destruction”. This later proved a false premise to go to war. Underneath it all was a secretive globalist plan to convert several middle east countries into puppet nations to do the bidding of GB, USA and Israel specifically. The vast oil riches no doubt is a key to their schemes.

As we have posted before in our King of the North post, the ringleader in all this is the Rothschild dynasty. Their goal is one world domination, but as present truth believers well know, this goal shall not prevail. The King of the North shall come to his end (Daniel 11:45) and so will this idea of one world domination. Instead, it will be a  new ball game, the forces of God (144,000) versus the forces of Satan (Sunday worship- false religion)

Right now the main western block forces are GB, USA, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA. With Israel playing the “victim” card as bait for the scheme. The eastern block is RUSSIA, IRAN, TURKEY, SYRIA, CHINA and now possibly IRAQ. Iraq is a quagmire for the western block as it was defeated in the bombing campaign by USA in the 90’s yet today has regrouped with the help of Iran and other sympathetic Arab nations to attempt to be independent once more.

From a personal viewpoint, it seems that because the globalists have lost, for now, the idea of dominating Syria, they are instead concentrating on Iran. But the well-formed eastern block is much more united now than in 2014 when the western block attempted their overrun of Syria.

“Earlier this week, a rocket was fired into Baghdad, landing less than a mile from the U.S. Embassy. Although no one claimed responsibility for it, US intelligence believes that the Iran-backed Shiite militias in Iraq are responsible.

In the face of this, and the increasing tensions with Iran, the Pentagon has asked the US administration to send up to 10,000 troops to the region.  These forces would include military Naval ships, intelligence units, and Patriot missile launchers.

According to US officials, the additional troops are not meant to counter Iran’s immediate threats, but to promote stability in the Middle East. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has aid that we don’t want to provoke Iran, rather deter them.

Our biggest focus at this point is to prevent Iranian miscalculation,” he said…

…Commander of Iran’s Army Major General Abdolrahim has aggressively said, “Thanks God, today, all army units enjoy high morale and full combat preparedness and if the enemy makes a miscalculation or strategic mistake, they will receive a response which makes them regret.”  (Jerusalem Online, May 23, 2019)

Make no mistake, Iran is not Syria, Libya, Egypt or Iraq, they stand ready to meet the challenge with much more formidable weapons and armed forces. Russia being their close ally will not abandon it’s neighbor because to do so is to allow globalist encroachment in the direction of its own backyard and they, no doubt would be next. The Lord’s chess pieces are assembling perfectly for His plans.

A Present Truth Sermon

TEXT FOR PRAYERBe Doers Of The Word   Our thought for prayer is found in “The Mount of Blessing,” p. 209 —

“Not all who profess His name and wear His badge are Christ’s.  Many who have taught in My name, said Jesus, will be found wanting at last.  ‘Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name?  and in Thy name have cast out devils?  and in Thy name done many wonderful works?  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.’

“There are persons who believe that they are right, when they are wrong.  While claiming Christ as their Lord, and professedly doing great works in His name, they are workers of iniquity.  ‘With their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.’  He who declares God’s Word is to them ‘as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument; for they hear Thy words; but they do them not.'”

The people here described like to hear God’s Word, but that is as far as they go.  I hope there are none here only to listen, but to do something about it.  Only the doers of the Word are justified.  Let us kneel and earnestly pray that God will help us not to be mere professors of the Truth, but actual doers of It.

THINGS THAT OBTAIN BEFOREAND AFTER THE EARTH IS MADE NEWIsaiah 65TEXT OF ADDRESS BY V.T. HOUTEFF,MINISTER OF DAVIDIAN 7TH-DAY ADVENTISTSSABBATH, JUNE 7, 1947MT. CARMEL CHAPELWACO, TEXAS   We are to study the sixty-fifth chapter of Isaiah.  As we study we shall see that it bears record of things that take place in the period before the earth is made new, and in the period after it is made new.  We shall begin our study with the first verse.

Isa. 65:1 — “I am sought of them that asked not for Me; I am found of them that sought Me not: I said, Behold Me, behold Me, unto a nation that was not called by My name.”

Paul, writing to the Romans, applies this verse to the Gentiles coming into the Gospel (Rom. 10:20).  They are, therefore, those who sought the Lord without asking for Him, and those who found Him without seeking after Him.  This condition laden with results, points out that the Lord is easily found.

Isa. 65:2 — “I have spread out My hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts.”

Here is a great contrast between the well-informed in the things of God, and the ignorant Gentiles.  While the former are pulling away, although the Lord is tearfully pleading with them, the latter are drawing nigh to Him.  Here we see how patient God is.  He continues to plead on and on.  It is hard for Him to give up a sinner before all possible means to save are exhausted.  Here is clearly seen that it is easier to save a heathen than it is to save a well satisfied deluded Christian.

Isa. 65:3 — “A people that provoketh Me to anger continually to My face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick.”

To sacrifice in gardens is to make a display of religion, and altars of brick (the product of man, not of God’s creation as is stone), are the works of man.  Cain offered an undesirable sacrifice, but the people brought to view in this scripture offer on an undesirable altar.  The one is as bad as the other.  And what could altars of brick be if not places of worship which God Himself has not commanded to be built?

Isa. 65:4 — “Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels.”

To remain among the graves is to be denied of having a part in the resurrection of the saints.  And to lodge in the monuments is to live in a so-called exalted cliff of life — dead to God and alive to the world.

The Jews were quite careful of what they ate, but here is a forecast of a people whose appetites are as loose as were Adam’s and Eve’s while partaking of the forbidden fruit.

Although we as a people profess to be strict in keeping the unclean meats away from our tables, this scripture, nevertheless, unveils the shameful truth.  It makes known that many are indulging in these abominable things.  In one part of the world perhaps they indulge in one abomination, and in another part of the world they indulge in another abomination.

Isa. 65:5 — “Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou.  These are a smoke in My nose, a fire that burneth all the day.”

On the one hand they are as careless as they can be, eating anything and everything, clean and unclean alike.  And on the other hand they have a high opinion of themselves — they think themselves holier than any others.  Plainly, then, those who indulge in the abominations which verse four tells about, are the very ones who protest against having communion with those who try to live a life consistent with their profession, fearing that reformation might take place. Satanic indeed!  God hates hypocrites more than He hates any other kind of sinners.  Those who are thus pushed to the right and to the left, see the perfect fulfillment of this scripture at this very time.

Isa. 65:6, 7 — “Behold, it is written before Me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom, your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the Lord, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed Me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.”

Verse six needs no comments, and but a sentence on verse seven will suffice.  The Pharisees of yesterday and the Pharisees of today, so to speak, we see are to receive similar rewards.

Isa. 65:8, 9 — “Thus saith the Lord, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for My servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.  And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of My mountains: and Mine elect shall inherit it, and My servants shall dwell there.”

The seed of Jacob, the inheritor out of Judah, is, of course, Christ.  The elect, His servants, are those who escape the destruction here mentioned.  They are to be a blessing to others.  Symbolically speaking, the mountains are the kingdoms of Judah and Israel gathered together as also foretold in Ezekiel 37:16-28.  But if taken literally, the mountains are those in the Promised Land.  The phrase, “Mine elect shall inherit it,” changes the object from the plural “mountains” to the singular “it,” and makes the symbolism carry both thoughts, the Kingdom and the location of It.  The verse that follows verifies this very thought.

Isa. 65:10 — “And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for My people that have sought Me.”

Verses nine and ten carry us from the Jewish period into the Christian era, then down to the restoration and consolidation of the kingdoms of Judah and Israel in the land of our fathers, Sharon and Achor.

Isa. 65:11 — “But ye are they that forsake the Lord, that forget My holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.”

Those who are to be destroyed are those who do not particularly care for His holy mountain, the Kingdom mentioned in these scriptures.  They are those who prepare a table, or who assemble passages of Scripture taken out of their setting, and with them they feed (teach) the group, or the troop that is of the same mind as themselves.  To “furnish the drink offering” is as much as to say that the troop is drinking in whatever their teachers put out.

Isa. 65:12 — “Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before Mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.”

To this call of God they do not answer.  Neither do they hear Him speaking, for they are inclined to do evil.  They delight in their own ways and hate the Lord’s.  Of this sin they are possibly not conscious.

Isa. 65:13-15 — “Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, My servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, My servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, My servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed: behold, My servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.  And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto My chosen: for the Lord God shall slay thee, and call His servants by another name.”

These evil doers may not now give even a thought to this solemn warning, but as sure as day is followed by night, just that sure their want, shame, sorrow, and calamity are soon to come.

The denominational name will they leave to God’s servants; that is, to those who escape from the Lord’s sword shall the name consequently be left.  The name, however, is left only as a curse, and His servants will be called by another name which “the mouth of the Lord shall name.”

Isa. 65:16 — “That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of Truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of Truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from Mine eyes.”

In this verse it is implied that the Lord is taking this strange action because His unfaithful servants have not been blessing themselves in the God of Truth.  Consequently, they must have been blessing themselves in the god of falsehood; that is, they have been teaching, approving, and spreading falsehood while the Lord is endeavoring to bless all His servants with Truth fresh from His throne.  To those who embrace His Truth for this time, He will never bring up their past.

Isa. 65:17 — “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.”

Here we are brought down to the time the Lord finally renews the heaven and the earth.

Isa. 65:18, 19 — “But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.  And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.”

We are encouraged to rejoice because Jerusalem, as well as her people, are created for joy.

Isa. 65:20 — “There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.”

Concerning the wicked in the earth made new, who come up in the second resurrection, the resurrection of the unjust (Rev. 20:5), there shall be neither birth nor death among them for one hundred years.  Thus the only children that shall be among them will be those who are raised from the dead.  Consequently both those who are old and those who are young will have lived a hundred years from the resurrection of the unjust to the second death.  Thus the child and the sinner, becoming a hundred years old in the earth made new, shall both succumb in the end of the century.  Then the righteous shall inhabit the whole earth.

Isa. 65:21, 22 — “And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.  They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of My people, and Mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.”

Again we see that the Hereafter is to be as real and as natural as was the Garden of Eden in the day it was created.  So the message of Elijah shall indeed restore all things — all that was lost through sin.

Isa. 65:23 — “They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.”

Much of our labor on this earth is done in vain, and many of our sons and daughters are also born in vain.  But in the earth made new, no one shall labor in vain, and nothing shall be brought forth for trouble.

Isa. 65:24 — “And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.”

For the answers to some of our prayers we often wait long, and most of them are not answered as we want them to be.  But in the earth made new there shall be no delay and no disappointment.

Isa. 65:25 — “The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat.  They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, saith the Lord.”

There shall be peace all around.  We shall not see men quarreling nor beasts fighting and eating one another.  There shall be real and perfect peace among them all.

If we could only realize what God has prepared for them that love to study His Word and to walk in His ever-increasing Light, then we would make God’s business our chief interest; then we would no longer waste our energies striving for the material things of life.  They will be added unto us while we diligently labor for the upbuilding of His Kingdom, for He Himself says: “The workman is worthy of his hire.”

Serial Murmurers

May 11, 2019

Image result for Bible people murmuring
Murmuring has become a serious problem among God’s present truth believers. There is no doubt this issue needs to be addressed because anti-type is fast fulfilling type. We would like to make a thorough analysis of our dilemma and provide some solutions. This post is predominantly to Seventh-day Adventists who have advanced in the unrolling scroll of truth, also known as Davidian Seventh-day Adventists.

WHAT DOES THE LORD SAY ABOUT OUR SUBJECT?

The dictionary describes murmuring as —

“a half-suppressed or muttered complaint: grumbling” (Merriam-Webster)

In Number 14:12 we read —

“And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!”

There is no doubt and one of the biggest offenses to God during His great exodus delivering was –murmuring. In fact we know that because of their unbelief and murmuring, only TWO adults over 20 years were saved from the possibly million strong Israelite congregation. What a solemn example indeed!

As we draw to the close of our Seventh-day Adventist probation, we would do well to thoroughly understand this great sin. Just as in the type,  it will no doubt be one of the surest and plentiful way of many will fail to make it to the kingdom. But if we know just how widespread and easy this great Satanic temptation can trap us, we can be much more fortified to stand against it.

The message is very clear about this subject–

“Who went into the promised land? — All but the murmurers.  Do you suppose that you can entertain the same spirit of murmuring and complaining, and in spite of it receive the seal? — How absurd the very thought!  How unfair it would be for a just God to destroy the disobedient of that day, but to save the disobedient of this day.

What made one group eligible to cross the Jordan? — It was their trust in God, knowing that He was their Chief Leader.  They recognized Moses and Joshua as the ones through whom God was communicating with them.  They did not look upon them as being anyone other than who they actually were.  They were satisfied with their lot.  They took orders as the orders were given.  So it was that they were the only ones who entered into the land.

Having these ensamples before us, this picture to go by, I can confidently tell whether I am headed for the Kingdom or whether I am headed for the bowels of the earth (Rev. 12:16).  And I am sure that you, too, can tell which way you are headed.  The Lord does not require more or less of us than He required of our types.  There is therefore no mystery as to what we must do, and what we must not do to receive the seal of God.” 1 TG, no. 7, p.12-13)

Our example, our type, is plain and clear. Murmuring will result in as sure of end to all those who participate in it as in the days of Moses. Therefore, let’s look at some of our today examples and beware of their pitfalls.

Today, as always in His vineyard, there is plenty of work to be done. In our particular case, the Lord has given us work to do in the social media part of the vineyard. Thus, we are often in a position to see what is going on within this area.

CURRENT EXAMPLES OF MURMURING TODAY

Sister P
is a long time present truth believer. She has been in the message over 20 years. Not too long ago she came on Facebook and began posting comments and posts about her beliefs. Personally speaking, being active in the different Elijah message groups for close to 10 years now, we become aware of many of the new posters on social media. We soon took notice of our new sister. All was well and good for the first few months.

But as time went on we started to see comments like ” Davidians are messed up” and “There are many things wrong with Davidia”, etc.  There were many blanket statements without any remedies. In other words, throwing rocks at the work/workers then running away.

Being helpful we reached out to her privately to let her know that such vague and non-constructive criticism amounted to plain ol murmuring.  Sadly, as often all too common in such warnings, it was flatly rejected.

Often because we take on the role of a watchman on the sites we are Administrators of, we get little acceptance of our help. Instead prophecy of the following gets fulfilled because we the few have to pick up the slack —

“Some who occupy the position of watchmen to warn the people of danger have given up their watch and recline at ease. They are unfaithful sentinels. They remain inactive, while their wily foe enters the fort and works successfully by their side to tear down what God has commanded to be built up. They see that Satan is deceiving the inexperienced and unsuspecting; yet they take it all quietly, as though they had no special interest, as though these things did not concern them.

They apprehend no special danger; they see no cause to raise an alarm. To them everything seems to be going well, and they see no necessity of raising the faithful, trumpet notes of warning which they hear borne by the plain testimonies, to show the people their transgressions and the house of Israel their sins. These reproofs and warnings disturb the quiet of these sleepy, ease-loving sentinels, and they are not pleased.

They say in heart, if not in words: “This is all uncalled for. It is too severe, too harsh. These men are unnecessarily disturbed and excited, and seem unwilling to give us any rest or quietude ‘Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them.’ They are not willing that we should have any comfort, peace, or happiness. It is active labor, toil, and unceasing vigilance alone which will satisfy these unreasonable, hard-to-be-suited watchmen. Why don’t they prophesy smooth things, and cry: Peace, peace? Then everything would move on smoothly.” (Testimonies, vol. 2, p.440)

Brother F, is also a long time present truth believer. He seldom posts anything on the message but when there is something negative said about the work or workers in the message, you can often find him commenting in support to the criticism, giving likes to any and all who lambast the organizations or workers for any reason.

Sister L, is another longtime present truth believer. She has often posted that there does not exist any present truth organization worthy of our support today. To see her posts, you would think that God has abandoned the organized work and left many little atoms running around all over, answering to no leadership, but just to themselves and their own causes.

Let us not be fooled brethren, God HAS provided some pointed guidance in regard to this subject, the following are two great references giving us specific advice.

GOD’S SPECIFIC COUNSEL

“Some have been dissatisfied, and have said, “I will not longer pay my tithe; for I have no confidence in the way things are managed at the heart of the work.” But will you rob God because you think the management of the work is not right? Make your complaint, plainly and openly, in the right spirit, to the proper ones. Send in your petitions for things to be adjusted and set in order; but do not withdraw from the work of God, and prove unfaithful, because others are not doing right.” (GW, p.226)

IS IT MY DUTY TO SET RIGHT THE LORD’S TREASURY?

Question No. 98:

Should we pay our tithe to the “storehouse” if we know that it is not used rightly?

Answer:

Knowing that our tithe belongs to God’s storehouse, our greatest burden should be to see that it is faithfully paid there. Nowhere in the Bible do we find that the Lord has laid upon any tithe payer the policing of the channels through which these funds pass.

The Lord’s treasury is under His control, and if He Himself should not see fit to correct an abuse in the handling of His money, certainly we could not correct it however hard we might try. If we guard carefully that part of His work which He entrusts to us, our only concern will be to find out where His “storehouse” is, and then faithfully to deposit His money there. He has not made us responsible for its use; that, He will personally take over–even as He is now “taking the reins in His own hands.”

When the Promised Land was divided among the twelve tribes of Israel, the tribe of Levi received no land for an inheritance, as did the eleven tribes. Instead, the Lord decreed that the tithes of the other tribes were to go to the Levites. This was their inheritance. It was actually their own.

And just as they, as the tithe receivers, had no right to dictate to the others, the tithe payers, what to do with their own increase after it had been tithed, so the tithe payers had no right to dictate to the tithe receivers what to do with the tithe. Each tribe was itself to be accountable to the Lord for that which He had entrusted to it. Thus it must be today. (Answerer, vol. 4, p.46-47)

The above truly guides us in regard to proper procedures to address our grievances. Let’s carefully note them. Although the above references deal with proper tithe responsibilities the guiding point of procedure applies to the other complaints of leaders/the work, those at the head of the work generally.

1 —  We have a complaint, we go about it in God’s order.

2 — We do not withdraw from the organized work, even if others are not doing right.

3 —  Make the complaint to the proper ones in the right spirit.

4 —  Once this is done, God may or may not correct what we think is wrong.

5 —  We have no authority to override the leadership God has put in place to lead.

6 —  If there is a wrong being done by leadership, it is on them, not us.

7 —  Proper tithing is a must even when leadership is doing wrong or right.

HOW DO WE KNOW WHO IS THE GOD LED ORGANIZATIONS TODAY?

Obviously, the above question is paramount for present truth believers today. Because this issue is so important we devoted a special 5 part report for Davidian Seventh-day Adventists on this subject on our sister site –HEARYETHEROD. Click the following link.

https://hearyetherod.wordpress.com/2019/01/13/following-our-storehouse-history-part-1-of-3/

In closing, the evil of murmuring is insidious brethren, it can sneak up on you if you are not on guard. Let us stand solid in knowing the pitfalls of our type (Moses leading the people out of Egypt) and be in the very near kingdom with no spot or stain in our character called murmuring!

“When a crisis finally comes, as it surely will, and God speaks in behalf of his people, those who have sinned, those who have been a cloud of darkness, and who have stood directly in the way of God’s working for his people, may become alarmed at the length they have gone in murmuring and in bringing discouragement upon the cause; and, like Achan, becoming terrified, they may acknowledge that they have sinned.  But their confessions are too late, and are not of the right kind to benefit themselves, although they may relieve the cause of God….” (Testimonies, vol. 3, p.270-271)

A United Fellowship of Brethren

In Psalms 133:1-3 we read —

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.”

Our King prayed for very important unity among His people —

“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in Me through their message, that all of them may be one,Father, just as you are in Me and I am in you. May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me.  I have given them the glory that you gave Me, that they may be one as We are one, I in them and you in Me, so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that You sent me and have loved them even as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23)

Thus we know that unity is a true blessing and indeed an important part of our walk with Him. With this in mind we beheld the annual “session” of one of the main organizations in the message– the Waco Association based out of Waco Texas.

We have watched several sessions of present truth believer gatherings over the years but this years Waco session was exemplary. The other association Mt. Dale would do well to take heed on how these annual fellowship gatherings should be produced. Instead of us telling about it, we have made available the link to watch it for yourselves. There are 12 separate videos highlighting Sabbath worship, prophecy studies, lessons, Children stories, singing groups, praying, testimonies, and sermons.

We hope you’ll be blessed as we were!
